A love for design, from startups to established brands, my experience so far.

Born in London and now based in Copenhagen, I have a background spanning visual effects, product development, and digital product design. I studied Visual Effects at Escape Studios, worked at Apple as a Sales Specialist, and later graduated in Product Development from the Copenhagen School of Design and Technology (KEA).

I’m a Product Designer specialising in digital products, websites, and customer-journey strategy. Previously, I was Head of UX and Service Design at Larry vs Harry, home of the original Bullitt cargo bike.

Today, I design pan-European fintech products at Nexi/Nets, building iOS and Android consumer apps and web-based portals. I currently lead design on a key initiative delivering partner-facing tools across multiple European markets.

Education:

BA - Product Development & Integrated Technology

Copenhagen School Of Design & Technology (2020)

Approach:

1. Discovery & Ideation

We partner to create a deliverable list for the project, begin to outline the user journeys, and frame the pain points of any current process. This stage helps us to create a shared target and understanding of the problem we are solving as a high level before design and development begins. I do this in a number with a mix of user testing methods tailored to your project.

2. Digital Design & Prototyping

Wireframes are a crucial tool in the design process, providing a blueprint for the layout and functionality of a digital product. To create effective wireframes, it's important to understand the user's needs and goals, as well as the requirements and constraints of the project. The wireframes, are interactive and designed to give a full experience of the potential product before beginning development. Using Figma and Figjam to diagram and design the User Experience

3. Development & Testing

'Build the Right It, before you Build it Right' - Alberto Savoia, by building and testing early we ensure our designs are purposeful and effective in their goals. Using low-code tools such as Webflow, Airtable, Make, Xano and Wized, we can build designs, automations, and products that would cost far more in development times, and bring ideas to life quickly and fully. Offering business owners and stakeholders greater control of their tech stack.

4. Deliver, Feedback & Iteration

As a designer, I prioritise delivering quality work and embrace a cycle of feedback and iteration. By gathering feedback from stakeholders, I continuously improve and refine the products and services I deliver, ensuring they meet and exceed expectations.
